Instead of calling her out and possibly having an extremely awkward moment (because she actually didn't like you), it'd be better to ask the question "Do you like me?" or something like that. Awkward moment will ensue on both, but it could be less for the latter.
Telling might be odd because she might actually not like you and was just being flirtatious.Enter awkward silence or awkward conversation.
While asking can get a clear response and gives a much more subtle way to say "I don't like you that way".
Of course if that's what you were going to do, go along.
