Aw man, are sign ups over? IP block?

And I wanted to try this after finals :|

According to Joe's screenshot, the sign-ups just opened today at noon. I'd say it's still worth a shot to sign up and apply. If the sign-ups are closed, that means they got 8000 applicants in THREE HOURS! which, if that's a sign of things to come, means this game is going to be huge...
