Database admins = access to all information
Network admins = able to see who is going in / out of network and controls flow
It's just that it brings up that Adura feeling, because lord knows HE sifts through people's PMs, whether if it involved anything he thought was badmouthing him or wut not but never for the safety of the forum; more like a Big Brother watcher.
