I posted a new ticket asking for resolution rather than a rubber stamp response. Coincidentally that's the exact same thing I posted on the BBB and I didn't get a rubber stamped response, but I still got the same message about customer service not available through third parties. Whatever.
Hundreds of tickets have the wip stamp on them and were not closed yesterday I think.
Just looks like they got frustrated and rubber stamped all open ones. So yeah. I'll probably keep asking nicely until I get a response that a GM -actually- looked into the account. If they remove the scrolls then we don't really stand to profit from the glitch. f7
