So it looks like we all got the same response which shows they never read any of our tickets just decided to close them with a copy and paste response. I sent a ticket in pretty much saying ok game on whos your lawyer. Also I keep hearing you violated the TOS and yet no one has showed me the part of the TOS that says having a duped item is reason for a perma ban. I'm not saying it doesn't exist I just haven't seen it. Also, if there going to hide behind the TOS I can play that too I want everyone banned who made an account under the age of 18.
I feel like this is something you would see in a news paper comic strip like the cartoon guy saying oh man our complaint in box is full how will we ever deal with all these problems oh I know just highlight all and delete, now we have a great customer service.
