The problem I have with situations like this one is that it's hard to give good advice, because I don't know how the girl will react, because I don't know her. She might understand and give you space/time, or she might overreact and go ape crazy. You're the one that knows her, you should do what you think is best.
Anyways, since you're looking for advice, I'll try and help out. What I would do is first figure out, 100%, if she's serious about a relationship or just saying bubbly things like that just to mess with you. Next time she says something hinting at a relationship, ask her why she said that and what is she thinking about when she says that, try and get her to be clearer. Based on that, if she really wants to be with you, tell her that you've though about it too, but just aren't sure about being in a relation because of your current situation.
It also depends on what you want, maybe she can give you the extra support you need to handle stuffs, maybe she'll just be another boulder to carry. Either way, good luck with your decision, man.
