How do you dispute a closed Ticket?

The BBB cant do anything because they have the right to ban you if they feel its 'appropirate.' Their ToS allows them to have a complete Totalitarianistic government type of corporation.
Is it a perma ban, cause if its not I'd just wait it out, but if its a perma ban, I would spam an appeal every time that my ticket would be closed.

haha
if im permanently banned, i will do that.
i hope nexon america is getting a lot of spam calls from the survey thingy. =D
