Following the recent update of our IP blocking rules, we know that a few legitimate players were inadvertently affected by this security measure. The definitions we established targeted behavior utilized by gold farmers/spammers and botters, but some players were also caught in the filtering. Based on the reports we’ve received, and following the information we’ve gained since its launch, we’ve updated the IP blocking rules to improve access for legitimate players. This was only possible due to the information we gained through the initial phase of the program, which gave us valuable insight on how we can better target gold farmers, while not impacting the average player. This measure was already released, so if you have been incorrectly affected by the IP block in the past, please try connecting to our website again.
