I can't wait to see the controversy this will cause when people start complaining KFC gave them heart attacks. In all honesty, this is the kinda stuff I'd make as a kid.
"The Oreo cream tastes good, why don't I take the cream patties off and put a cookie in the middle instead? 1 chocolate cookie between 2 cream patties!"

Wasn't exactly like that, but that image is pretty close. He called it the "McShit" and ate it with a bunch of his friends. One of them also decided to load his with fries.
