HELP! I have a virus... and its WAAAY out of my league

I wouldnt mind starting over, but I dont have my vista recovery CD, and I have lots of stuff on this PC that I CANNOT LOOSE.

You may have dealt with this virus, but if you want to make use of the Vista Recovery CD to fix your computer, you can after these instructions. But it's always best to use MalwareBytes and the rest of the programs to get everything the hell off your computer.

I had to make a Vista Recovery CD yesterday so I could log on to my cousins' old computer; it'd log you out right away upon login. I still have to clean up some viruses on it but I'm amazed the site I used's steps actually got me in.

1) Download one of these ISO-Burning Programs: CDBurnerXP, ImgBurn, or Active ISO Burner. Though I selected it somewhat randomly, I used the third one.
2) Install said program.
3) Download this file. It is the ISO file for the Vista Recovery Disc. Do not unzip it from the folder or you'll screw it all up.
4) Make sure you have a CD-R, DVD-R, or DVD+R disc in your tower; I used a CD-R. With assistance of the ISO-Burning Programs linked above, burn the ISO file downloaded above TO the CD. Open the program, locate the file and bam.

...You now will have a Vista Recovery Disc. Make sure your computer will boot to the CD first when you need to use it. On my cousins' old computer I had to disable the second, third, and fourth boot options just to get a 5-second window to push a key to boot to the CD. >_> Stupid EMachines...
