Andras' Hat questline includes:
Grendel's training quests -> Lucci's training quest -> Kyrin's training quests -> Cold Medicine (Kyrin, Athena, Dark Lord) -> Investigating the water supply -> Stopping the water flow (Dances with Balrog).

Know your quests.

There can't be a bug seeing as I, as well as many other Evans, have done the quests successfully this patch, .
