Normal/Rare/Epic/Unique Items

My main concern is that these scrolls will have a bigger impact on item than current scrolls do, and that there are no non-exploding alternatives to them. We might be returning to using 60s for our endgame weapons to get rid of the slots and get some cheap attack, so we can try to land as many of these upgrade scrolls as we can. I was never a fan of the idea of making perfect weapons and didn't like what white scrolls added to the game, but that doesn't mean I think it's a good idea to skullfuck the entire 5 year old upgrade system with one patch. I'm hoping these new scrolls will be properly balanced and hopefully less explosive before they reach the live servers.

Potential scrolls and Enhancing are pretty fair. It's a test of luck since the chance of succession is lowered after every star is added. Keep in mind the boom rate is 100%.
