I hate MORE chance upgrades. I didn't like scrolls already, but now if this fails, it's breaks the item too? What were they thinking? It's like getting a good weapon is just playing the lottery, no skill or hunting required. I hope they change it.

So only that rank reset cube is NX, right?

It's not like it requires any skill at all in Global as it is now anyway. Getting a "perfect" weapon is only about shelling out mesos, NX and most likely a shitload of real mony in the process. I'm cheering for any update destroying the current situation where some people have weapons that is so beefed it's not even comparable to what should be possible, where they run around acting as if they are the cream of the server they play on. This update might not make them weaker, but hahahah, they wont have "perfect" weapons anymore and I'm feeling smug about that.
