HELP! I have a virus... and its WAAAY out of my league

I had a virus problem similar to this, except mine was more catastrophic and I could not rid my laptop of it. I just deleted my entire OS and reinstalled with a new OS (Windows Vista to Windows 7 Ultimate).

Have you attempted Safe Mode + Antivirus? This usually works. Because the computer only activates the things it needs.
