The pokemon following you around is a nice feature, the pokewalker is fun and different though I wish it could level more than once in it.. Hm A larger area, I enjoy having 16 badges in HG/SS and two different areas to explore, it'd be nice if they could add something like that.. Like the islands in Firered and whatnot, they better bring the VS seeker back 
Umm Contests are nice, I really enjoy the pokeathlon, its fun to be able to use the stylus to do the events..Hmm if we can make pokeblocks and things make a wifi option.. It'd be nice to be able to make poffins with someone other than myself for once xD
I don't mind HM's there a hassle yes, but they make it a bit challenging, to work around a pool of useless moves that you have to have with you. Though Strength, Waterfall and Surf are decent.. The rest suck
