Overweight is a hard thing to judge. Do you count people who are a little on the plump side like myself, but who aren't actually "out of control" of their eating and weight? Or just the obese people?
I'd have to agree. Weight is hard for some people - no matter how healthy they eat, or how rigorous they exercise, it just all ends up slapping some extra pounds into their weight.
