Normal/Rare/Epic/Unique Items

The scrolls are sold from an NPC. They never said anything about magnifying glasses being in pot shops for testing purposes, meaning there's a high chance it will just be from pot shops. (which is great)

I wish they would just remove the chance of the item breaking but make the scrolls really rare but drop from mobs. Blowing up weapons is always the worst thing to happen to the economy, but nexon likes doing it because it means players have to shell out more money to get stronger.

Or more like their way of keeping the economy stimulating. If the supply of godly weapons had no risk to it, prices will be relatively low to what a godly weapon is now. With this, there will always be someone booming their weapon in hopes of hitting it really big, so they have a demand for more weapons. Bigger risk than cursed scrolls at the higher levels, but a really really high reward rate. Who wouldn't want a weapon even godlier than a White Scrolled Hammered weapon?
