Hello, Players are required to keep their registered email addresses up to date. If this player has lost access to her email account due to inactivitiy she will need to contact her email provider and get it reactivated. With the new security update this player can fill out a form that will be sent to the customer support team. The form works for both lost email addresses and blocked IPs. Thank you, Nexon Support

Where is this 'form' they're talking about? On one of my alternate accounts, I used my university email address (I thought at the time that I'd be staying at that university for grad school) and since I've graduated, the university has since deactivated my email and I can no longer log into anything affliated with the university (i.e. no way to set up email forwarding). I logged a ticket with Nexon on 2/19/10 and it is STILL open... good thing I don't play much anymore and when I do, I'm not on that account. Nice 'upgraded' system Nexon...
