Every few times i do get in. I can talk. Then in a few minutes i disconnect. I'm still on rankings. I see no indications of being banned.
On top of that, 3 weeks ago i couldnt log in. So i go on vacation. and poof. i log in fine. Now im back and im screwed all over again.

I figured it out..worked for like 3 minutes and lagged out...
Edit: It works better now, but i still a having issues with lagging, CS, and CCing
