I haven't left Masteria since the patch, but I've had several people come to me with the same problem. Today I plan to go to Vic and Ossyria and do the Area Boss quests myself. We'll see if it's actually bugged or not.
Any word on this? I have all the area boss quests complete except for Goddess' Pet. I've killed an Eliza and received the Exp reward. However, I have NO idea how to get the Song book thingy to complete the Fame reward part (and get it moved to my Completed section).
I'd really like the verdict on this. Does a monster drop it? Was either of the Elizas supposed to give it to me?
