i JUST realized this from MW2

I'm pretty sure Price made it that it's an EMP.

A tactical nuke releases its smaller explosion radius with a larger field-blast EMP upon detonation. Price launched a tactical nuke, it even said it in the game.
that and so much as im aware, an EMP missile either doesnt exist, or is incapable of blowing away a satellite.
