If that is what you meant, the toes stack. They're not one of a kind items, or whatever it's called.
You can get as many as you want. And you really only want 1 or 2.
The item is such a pain for me.
I know so many people who need it, but they're never anywhere near me when I kill because people are upset that I can kill it so easily and they don't want to go hunting BFs with me.

I'd gladly help out anyone who needs one.

Hmm...gotta change that to take off your item pouch then, but still raises a few bits of information not well known.

Chat with other players though about going on bf hunts, there are more then a few that need these toes. Hell, even I need to find one the next time I manage to get on.

They really need a page to list suggestions to better balance these maps on nexons forums.
