I think the line is clear. Imposing on another country's culture should only be done as retaliation for having your own culture imposed upon. This could mean that the world may be asked to ignore localized tragedies. For example, if prior to World War II, Germany had confined its genocide within its own borders, then the world would have had no need to impose on Germany's "culture" regardless of how horrible it was. Germany's conquest into other regions, however, was problematic, and the world was required to react in some way.

If the material in this video had just been "We hate America. Praise Allah!", then honestly it would be fine. However, materials such as this are developing soldiers who are actively invading other countries and attempting to destroy culture there that is not their own. We have every right to intervene and are doing so.
