The EVs are obviously easy. And I could breed it on my own to get the attacks (but I have nothing prepared). It's mostly the IVs that are the pain in the arse.
he can help you with the pikachu so you can get it faster than EV training it and breeding it, you can just have it magically pop up lulz ~.^
