What are your views on marriages? Are you planning on being married?
#34
1) I am 17 and so is my girlfriend
2) I do plan on getting married, to her. I've talked about it with her and she only says that we're to young now. She also told me she would like to x]
3) Yes!! Big Grin
4) Cohabitation can help people see how their partner really is, when they are at home in a comfortable place. In some cases, one member of the relationship might do things that really annoy the other member and can lead to a divorce. On the other hand, those same things that annoy one in the previous relationship, might be found cute, or funny in a different one. It really depends on how well the people can behave together, and how well they get along. I think that if the people can accept each others' flaws, living together is much more practical and likely to happen.
5) I do, but at the same time I don't because there are many marriages that are fine without any sense of love but, in my eyes, love, in some form, is needed for a marriage to work. Some form of acceptance of the other person as a person, flawed in some ways but, overall they are tolerable. I really like to think that after living with someone for let's say, 20+ years, even if you don't show intimacy anymore, there is still love existing between you two. There has to be for the two to be able to stay together.
6) I do, I am unsure of how many but, at least 1. I would feel lonely even with my spouse if there was no one else around. I would like 2 or 3 kids because I find that it would be much more fun with a few little kids running around having their fun. =]
