In regard to Evan NX only skillbooks... is Dual Blade also doomed class in gMS? -.-

Coogi Wrote:Bolded Part, what gives you the right to make that decision in there game? So Nexon should only make things "easy" or "cheaper" because you and some fourm kids said so?

It doesn't work like that, it's their decision not yours, if you don't like it then quit.
Sarah Wrote:The game and all characters in the game are advertised free as to play. You cannot play with half a character. This is like giving you a house but no land to put it on. It's useless.

This.

Nexon has defined their games under a Free to Play business model. They have every right to charge whatever they want, but charging for some things is equivalent to deceiving the customer base. Attack scrolls could be removed from drop tables and repriced starting at 20k NX in the CS. You could be charged 15$ a month for the right to login. Nexon could scrap the game all together and start manufacturing mushroom-themed kitchenware.

Nexon has already admitted, though somewhat unreliably through Hime and without much of an apology, that these are a problem. I only continue to counter-post about these books because one of the several discussions that has spawned as a tangent in this thread is concerning the ethics of required Pay to Play content in a Free to Play model.

Coogi Wrote:You think the ones that can't afford the 2k NX could sit there and hunt for hours and not get KS'ed by the Merchs, pros, higher levels?

I'm sure you didn't expect them to not have it as a NX item and then it drop from a stump? This isn't a Private Server now, you should obviously expect it drop from a boss at a very low rate just like the other Books right?

Or it could drop from GPQ like several other books. Just saying...
