What specs do you need to have an enjoyable time playing it? (NOT super laggy, but graphics dont need to be high)

For the PC it's quite heavy (2000,- dollars of new stuff is needed for 60 fps).

If you have a x360 or ps3, play it there, you're also rid of the hackers...
