I'm pretty sure that King Clang's respawn is 45 mins. I kill't him for fun, then on the way back to leave florina i notice that there is a quest to kill it XD So i had to run back to Hot Sands and wait. He first went down at 3:02pm and i got the notice saying he respawned at 3:47pm ...
Hard to argue with EXACTLY 45 min respawn...that's the only boss i waited for, i got lucky and found Elija and Tae Roon on empty maps just waiting to be killed.
