I am wondering about this too. Just 4 hours before that patch I began the quests, but only got to 16/40 Paper sheets in 2021 (Dual comping to get into Neo City, so need a total of 40 for both characters)
Say, any other version has this 120+ area released and can confirm if the quests from 70-90 are needed?
