Hopefully the acc/avoid boosts stay below the 5% range.

Also, wouldn't this completely screw over dexless warriors?
If you have low acc to begin with, you would want accuracy equips. But if they give a set %, they become useless, no?

Nexon is trying to promote not being statless damage whores.
Kills the game when everyone is a Lv200 hero/night lord/bowmaster with lv30 equips.
