In an odd way, any living person is uglier than Meg Griffin. Or at the very least, they have the potential to be. As I already said, Meg will never age, and Meg's appearance will never really change. Ours will, and given time, it will change for the worse.

edit: And why do people still think that Meg is hideous? I have proven beyond a reasonable doubt that there is nothing outlandish about her appearance; what is so terrible about this girl?
