Don't make me punch you in the face because you've got some seriously fuzzy math going on there.
There are 60 minutes in an hour, or six 10 minute sessions. 6(6.60) = $39.60 per hour.
The girls get to keep 60%, or (39.60)(.6) = $23.76 per hour max.
