If you want like, 25 participants, you gotta bring it to Shoddy.
Actually, some of the fun of this might be with people that don't EV train doing their best to show that they can defeat people who do. I hope this stays alive for a while so more people can participate or think about it a little longer. Also, with quite a few people using flashcards(and thus having the possibility to use pokesav to create a legit team stat wise), and some of those cards supporting wi-fi(mine does, but since I still buy games I play online with those) they might join as well.
Also, battling online, or playing against others can be fun. A long time ago(think 2008) I did some battles online, won some of them, lost some of them(perfect timing to forget that Ancient Power was special and try to counter it with Intimidate), but I had a lot of fun just using the pokemon I had. And since we already have your UU tournament for Shoddy players(which I expect to return, and maybe OU tournaments too) it might be nice to set up something for DS gameplay. And since there's an "all level 100" option which works like the battle frontier training isn't a problem.
@Hazzy: I don't think pokesaving for perfect IVs should be considered legit. It's just to hard to do. I personally think a Pokémon from 2 pokesaved parents with perfect IVs is fine. As long as the PID, IVs, Nature and Ability haven't been changed a Pokémon should be allowed, but when you change those it should as it kills every aspect of breeding, rather than leaving a little to luck.
