Am I correct in assuming that Soul Dragon adds 20 to your magic passively, while Magic Mastery increases the base attack of every attack by 15?

While I'm at it, I would also like to know what's up with Ghost Lettering. Does it increase damage for a set period of time like Final Cut, or does it do residual damage based on the initial hit like Flamethrower?

It's currently accepted that both Dragon Soul and Magic Mastery add Magic Attack.

Ghost Lettering should work like Bullseye, though with a duration in terms of damage increase.
