Shouldn't you be glad that they're taking time to consider your ban appeal instead of, as you wish for, promptly spit out an answer which is more likely a "No, tits or gtfo."
You provided no reason to support your appeal, you were in the wrong from the very beginning. As much as Nexon sucks, they have every right in this case to just either ignore you (since they discontinued your use of the service) or simply say no.
