No > No > No = Cruel. This does not apply for Shadowers, as I had said (they should use Critical). It actually doesn't matter if the critical works on the first 3 hits or not, the critical ring is still better.

Of course, if they don't use the 4th hit on Assassinate then you would be right, but that IS the strongest DPS output for Shadowers (and Assassinate will be used more post-balance patch).
