How to get Taos

I thought I read in another thread that you forge/exchange items, with Fiona, to make the raven stuff...though im not sure if this includes the xbow...i'll have to check.

You do exchange with fiona, but it's either for upgrading raven weapons you already have, or creating balanced fury stars, crimson arcanon, crimson arcglaive, or crimson arclancer. You don't give badges to fiona. Joko is who you give badges to for a chance to get the original raven weapons, and maybe taos.
