Vikerolas have a good exp:hp ratio, but the map layout isn't that great for movement. Doesn't hurt to try of course, although you're only 10 levels lower than Galloperas so soon you can probably hit those often enough for them to be your next training spot.
If not, stick to Windraiders, or try Vikerolas or the Stormbreaker room (Storm Hall).
