Me: Hmm, my DK could use some new shoes since it hit level 100... a while ago.
Me: Well, i've got an int str, low dark crystal, and a couple 30%s... worth a shot.
Dark Crystal did nothing, both 30%s work. Go figure.

Tossed on a couple 65% I had left over from that event, one of them worked.
To replace my 2 str 3 dex 9 acc Red River Boots... I'd say it's a success.
