I hate Latias. I hate her so much that when I catch her, I'm going to trade her. I'm going to trade her for a Bidoof.
Try getting a Cradily/Abomasnow/Tangrowth and teach them Block and Ingrain.
Use Block, and if you have an Abomasnow or Tangrowth you'll need to use Ingrain as well.
Although they'll have to be faster than Raikou or Entei which might be hard. :o
Or you could have a Gengar/Jynx and use Mean Look, then Hypnosis/Sing.
A Pokemon with Taunt might work, haven't tried that yet. >_>
