It's not even how they distribute their cash to the players, that's the players choice to exploit it, I don't blame the gm's for abuse of NX. However, they have many other problems that need fixing...If it were just a problem of cash items then I doubt people would complain as much.

Really? This isn't obvious or anything But at the same time if it was a cash item then that involves real money, so that could backfire quite quickly.
