Vulgarities in school?

I think when somebody says a swear word in a language you are proficient in, it doesn't seem like such a big deal. However, if you are an immigrant (for example) and somebody says a swear word it might have more effect... or maybe it's the opposite...who knows?

Overall, I don't really mind if somebody swears but there's always a time and place for you to just keep your mouth shut :x... most people should have the common sense for that...
