Q: By this, do you mean after Final Cut is activated, your HP will decrease by a certain % (100% HP > 65% HP at max level) for a period of time, or does it consume a certain % of HP (65% or 35%) like how you consume MP if you use that skill?
Spadow: It consumes a certain % of HP only once, which is when youre going to use it.
