[1.2.291] [KOR] Dual Blade Skill Tables

I refuse to believe anything except that it reduces your max HP while the buff is up. There is no way a buff that powerful would let you off with just the cost that it requires 65% of your HP be used.

And yet the kMS vidoe says otherwise.

I agree that it's overpowered though
