[1.2.291] [KOR] Dual Blade Skill Tables

Wait, what? How'd you figure that out? And how come Final Cut has a cooldown listed in the skill tables, but I see people use it often during training? I must find out more about this.

It’s amazing that Final Cut doubles your damage. But there is one thing I hate about this skill.

If you use Final Cut, your HP will decrease by a certain %. I died a couple of times because of this. -_-;;

Cooldown was added pretty late. 60 second duration of the buff, thus 40 seconds cooldown time. 60% of the time double damage.
