Never embarrassed. Everyone in my group of friends watches anime, they're not retards though. Some of them aren't all hardcore, and most of them only watches Gundam stuff. If it's not Gundam or Evangelion, they won't bother watching it. Public areas, uh, especially in classes, if I'm bored in class, I tend to just stream anime and watch it. Some of the kids next to me, and behind me usually lurks and watches it along with me. -shrug-
