Don't forget to factor in that dexless claws are faster, thus more attacks for the dexless user.

So, Lowdex might be doing more damage in numbers, but dexless could also be doing more damage over time in the same instance lol.

Don't forget that they attack the same amount of times in any given period of time, despite the weapon speed.
