Is Copying Homework Cheating?

Getting the easy way out of trouble, or to put, practicing deception for one's own profits, is cheating, by definition. I'm more on the eccentric side of my morale here, you don't do anything without consciously desiring to do so, there's no such a thing as doing against one's own will. Since it satisfies your very own self, copying homework is cheating, unless you take out the deception part in it, then it becomes just another method of doing homework, specially employed by you.
