You get it the same way, but I believe it can also be obtained as an egg move, but I recommend SRing for a good nature/IVs if you're planning to use it since it's not fully confirmed yet (Serebii lists it as an eggmove, but I'm still not sure until I've tried it myself). And be sure to get a male one, all just in case.
I've played on ShoddyBattle for a while, but I stopped because I like training up a team myself instead of just creating it(I do use pokesav on my flashcard version of Pearl so I can get eggs with good IVs as it took me a month last time I bred for IVs. I did have 31 in 2 stats though.) by entering numbers.
