Too many to name personally. I personally like going back to that old 5 disk set of "Orchestral Game Concert" that was performed for SNES and prior games.

Then there's always the chip-amp rips of the exact format sounds from them that I love to go back to. Agreeing with above on CT tracks, though I prefer Frog's theme and the Zeal theme. Same typical stuff with Zelda and Dragon Quest too.
Oh yes, and I love Terra's theme as well.
